Clients can get bored eating the same meals repeatedly.
The constraint
Create more variety without replacing or undermining the nutrition plan already prescribed by the coach.
The build

A custom client-facing recipe tool built around the coach's existing nutrition system.

Clients take a meal from their coaching plan, choose what they fancy, and Recipe Lab gives them different ways to prepare it.

  • Exact mode keeps the prescribed foods and quantities.
  • Remix mode allows more flexibility while keeping the original meal as the foundation.

Our story

The Coaches Tool Bag started inside a real coaching business.

An online coach began building digital tools to solve problems inside his own coaching service. Recipe Lab was the first.

The response from his clients showed there was an opportunity to build the same kind of technology for other coaches.
